Making Sense of the 2016 Presidential Election with John Franzén, Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 7 p.m. at the NE Public Library, 330 7th St. NE.

Franzén is a historian and practitioner of politics having served as a press secretary, speech-writer, legislative aide and chief of staff to a number of candidates and office holders. Hear his analysis of the many ways that the 2016 Presidential Campaign was unlike any other – or not – and what it says about our society.

Capitol Hill Village is sponsoring a series, “Village Voices”, for the community to meet and learn from each other in informal, free, public discussions about a range of social, economic and political topics.
