Hilloween is an annual free street party outside of Eastern Market (7th Street SE from North Carolina Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue SE). This year it’s scheduled for Friday, October 27, 2017 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

CHRS will host a children’s activity table with temporary tattoos and beads to string, plus CHRS pencils and a boatload of candy from a generous supporter.   It’s an excellent opportunity to let our neighbors get to know us and the organization we represent – and it’s more fun than a barrel of monkeys.
