CHRS offered guided outdoor walking tours on Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2, 2024. The focus was on Capitol Hill Alleys. 

Tour Menu:

• SE Capitol Hill Alleys**  (a trip back in time to explore the workaday world of both residential and commercial uses). Saturday, June 1, 10:30 am.
• NE Capitol Hill Alleys  (the lifestyles, occupations, and shenanigans of the inhabitants, early industrial uses, and efforts both to eliminate and to preserve alley dwellings). Saturday, June 1, 1 pm.
• NE Capitol Hill Alleys  (the lifestyles, occupations, and shenanigans of the inhabitants, early industrial uses, and efforts both to eliminate and to preserve alley dwellings). Sunday, June 2, 10:30 am.
• Our Industrial Past (industrial and commercial sites, many of which have been repurposed). Sunday, June 2, 1 pm.
