September 28, 2015, 6:30 p.m., DDOT, ANC 6B and ANC 6D will host a public meeting to review proposed plans for the restoration of the Virginia Avenue, SE, streetscape following the completion of the CSX Virginia Avenue Tunnel project. The meeting will be held in the community room at 200 I Street, SE.Plans will be available starting at 6:30 pm, but presentation and discussion will start at 7 pm. Streetscape and landscape plans have been developed and will be available for review at the public meeting. DDOT’s Public Space Committee, which must approve the plans, will accept public feedback up to and during a special meeting on November 12.
