2017 HOUSE EXPO EXHIBITOR: Hollow Work is a ceramics studio in the Northeast quadrant of the District of Columbia.  Kate Hardy received her MFA in ceramics from Cranbrook Academy of Art, her BFA from the Corcoran College of Art and Design, and her Master’s Certificate in Museum Studies from George Washington University. Her art is based on peoples’ relationships to images, objects, spaces, and each other. Working as a museum specialist and having daily interaction with artifacts informs her creative process.
