Gary Mintz – 1st place – “Wednesday Night at Mr. Henry’s”
We are pleased to announce the winners of the 2025 Photo Contest. The winning photos will be on display in the windows at Coldwell Bankers at 350 7th St. SE after May 1.
First place winner is Gary Mintz for his photo titled Wednesday Night at Mr. Henry’s.
Elisa Walker “Capitol Hill Sunset”
Second place winner is Elisa Walker for her photo titled Capitol Hill Sunset.
Heather Bien “Autumn Perspectives”
Third Place is Heather Bien for her photo titled Autumn Perspectives.
Regina Reynolds “Puddle Wonderful”
Fourth Place is Regina Reynolds for her photo titled Puddle Wonderful.
Steve Morris “Serene Market Scene”
Karlan Jankowski “Spring Seasonal”
Fifth place is a tie between Karlan Jankowski for Spring Seasonal and Steve Morris for Serene Market Scene.
CHRS had 131 submissions from 39 photographers. Ten photos were selected to be judged by a panel of experts that included: Frank Thorp, producer at NBC News; Amy Moore, executive director of CHAW; Austin Graff, digital marketing expert; and Jenn Nordstrom, professional photographer, who is also this year’s cover artist for the CHRS House and Garden Tour booklet.
