David Ottaway is a retired Washington Post foreign correspondent who covered the Middle East, Africa and Southern Europe. He will discuss the changing environment in the Middle East. His newest book, “Revolution and Counterrevolution in the Arab World” is about the fallout from the Arab Spring and the United States and the new Arab order.
