Robert Pohl, Capitol Hill denizen and professional tour guide, will preview his new book “Urban Legends & Lore of Washington D.C.”
Wednesday, November 20, 6:30-7:15 p.m. at Ebenezer’s Coffee House (downstairs), 2nd and F St. NE. The capital is home to all manner of colorful rumors and tall tales. In search of the truth behind these legends. Pohl takes readers on a tour of the historic lore and urban legends that surround the monuments, neighborhood streets and even Metro stations
The event is free and handicapped accessible, and the public is encouraged to attend. No reservations required.
