The Overbeck Capitol Hill History lecture series continues its 2016-17 year on Monday, March 6, 7:30 p.m. at Hill Center when local historian Hayden Wetzel takes a look at the often-neglected neighborhood of Buzzard Point, SW, located close to Capitol Hill and the Navy Yard along the Anacostia River.
