SE Alleys Part II – Capitol Hill has many alleys that have been used for all sorts of purposes over the years – housing, businesses, stables and garages. These alleys are an interesting way to look at the L’Enfant plan and the ways our neighborhood has been zoned. CHRS has been giving a SE alley tour for years, now dubbed the “SE Alleys Part I”. This is an entirely new tour with completely different stops and starts at 219 11th Street SE.
