CHRS staffed a booth at this annual celebration of this Capitol Hill business district, September 26, 2015. We offered children’s activities and met our neighbors to share our mission.

CHRS fielded a contingent in the July 4, 2015 parade on Capitol Hill.

CHRS hosted a booth with activities for children to enjoy while we shared our mission with the adults.   

CHRS fielded a contingent in Capitol Hill’s own 4th of July parade. Second-Vice President, Monte Edwards drove his vintage Jaguar and a host of members, friends and family tossed Mardi Gras beads into the crowd.  A very good time was had by all.

Volunteers from the Society staffed a booth at the 2013 Barracks Row Day.  Beads to string and temporary tattoos kept the children busy while we shared our mission with the adults.
