At the March 20, 2018 City Council, 273 individuals and organizations were signed up to present testimony. Among them were CHRS Board Members Beth Purcell (Testifying on behalf of the organization) and Monte Edwards (Testifying on his own behalf) both in opposition to the proposed Framework Element of the Comprehensive Plan. The District’s Office of Planning (OP) is hosting a series of community meetings to discuss amendments to the District’s Comprehensive Plan.
