On February 18, 2021 CHRS sent the following email and attachment to Matthew Marcou at DDOT:

There now must be a review before deployment of 5G and Small Cells pursuant to the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA).
