Join the DC Preservation League for a walking tour of the historic west campus of St. Elizabeths Hospital, Saturday, July 19, 10 a.m. to noon.

CHRS fielded a contingent in Capitol Hill’s own 4th of July parade. Second-Vice President, Monte Edwards drove his vintage Jaguar and a host of members, friends and family tossed Mardi Gras beads into the crowd.  A very good time was had by all.        

Part of a worldwide celebration of archaeology, the D.C. festival will be hosted by Archaeology in the Community on July 12, 10 am-3pm at Fort Totten/Fort Circle Park at the Corner of Gallatin St. and South Dakota Ave. NE.
