The Capitol Hill Garden Club presents: “Those Unwanted Pets in Our Gardens”, Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 7:15 pm, at the Northeast Library, 330 7th St. NE. Preceded by refreshments at 6:45 pm.
Join them to hear the latest thinking on the safety and effectiveness of controlling those clever and unwanted guests in our alleys and gardens. Gerard Brown, Program Manager for the District’s Rodent and Vector Control Program, Department of Health has been working in the field of public health for 30 years.
Also, Bed Bugs! Mr. Brown is leading the District’s efforts to reduce those “hard to see” critters and provides training for schools, clinics, etc.
