Zoning

The CHRS Zoning Committee reserves the residential character of Capitol Hill and sees that the DC Zoning Regulations are properly applied.  Meetings are generally held the first Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. in Kirby House, 420 10th St. SE.  The Chair is Nick Alberti, alberti6a04@yahoo.com.
