This historic neighborhood features homes built in the 1890’s by Diller B. Groff – and alley dwellings built by Fred Mashack (who served as tour guide) and his partners in the 1990’s. Attenedees were treated to tales of economic boom and bust, scandal, and life in the alley by current resident, Greg Holeyman.
