On October 28, 2022 CHRS hosted a children’s activity table at Hilloween, an annual free street party outside of Eastern Market. We had beads to string, and an avalanche of  CHRS swag -pencils, lip balm, lollipops and trick-or-treat bags.  Photos. Visit the Hilloween website for more info on this neighborhood tradition.
